Brad Kastelin, Asia-Pacific Chapter Officer
Brad Kastelin, an officer of the Asia-Pacific Chapter, AIG deployed to Afghanistan for a six-month rotation this year from April to October. Brad, a civilian Certified Public Accountant, serves as a senior auditor in one of the Department of Defense Inspector General field offices in Afghanistan. Brad performs logistics-based audits related to the current drawdown of troops from Afghanistan and the related equipment being returned to the United States. The two projects are for sensitive item accountability and ongoing military construction projects in Afghanistan. During the past three years, Brad has served on the Asia-Pacific Chapter Executive Committee and as Secretary/Treasurer.
